Over the years, STPI has established itself as a key partner to the Government of Indonesia, bringing together communities, civil society, and stakeholders to strengthen the national TB response. Drawing on its extensive experience, reach, and technical expertise, STPI has earned the trust of partners as a driving force in Indonesia’s TB response.

Project BackgroundTuberculosis (TB) remains one of the most pressing public health challenges in Indonesia. In 2024, it was estimated that there were 1,092,000 TB cases in the country, of which 856,420 people were notified, including 12,128 people with drug-resistant TB (DR-TB). Despite progress in case notification, significant gaps remain in treatment coverage and enrollment. For example, among DR-TB cases notified, only 9,573 patients were enrolled in treatment. Treatment success rates also show disparities, with some areas recording success rates of 85% for drug-susceptible TB (DS-TB) and only 59% for DR-TB. Additionally, the initiation of TB preventive therapy (TPT) remains alarmingly low—19.4% in 2024.

Over the years, Indonesia has received substantial support from various partners, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), to strengthen TB case finding, improve treatment services, mobilise community engagement, and foster multi-sectoral collaboration. However, with the cessation of USAID’s TB program funding, several life-saving interventions are now facing critical support gaps, threatening the continuity and quality of TB services in high-burden areas.

The Life-saving Facility and Community-based Service Delivery Support for Tuberculosis (FCSDS) Project has been designed to address these urgent needs. This initiative aims to improve access to high-quality TB services, including timely diagnosis, effective treatment, and TPT provision, with a special focus on provinces and districts that are currently experiencing the most significant challenges in maintaining TB service continuity. The Stop TB Partnership in Indonesia will lead the implementation. Through close collaboration with government health services, civil society, and community actors, the project will strengthen both facility-based and community-based TB service delivery. Activities will include enhancing early case detection, improving treatment initiation and adherence, expanding TPT coverage, and ensuring patient support throughout the treatment journey. By bridging service delivery gaps and safeguarding essential interventions, the FCSDS TB Project seeks to save lives, reduce TB transmission, and protect vulnerable communities from the ongoing TB epidemic in Indonesia.

The OpportunityWe are looking for an IT Operations and Infrastructure Officer who will be a full-time staff member in the FCSDS Project team under the supervision of the HR & GA Manager.

Job position : IT Operations and Infrastructure OfficerDirect Report :  HR & GA ManagerStatus : Temporary Staff (LOE 100%)Duration : 6 Months, with the possibility of extensionLocation : JakartaWorking Hours : 40 hours/weekQUALIFICATIONS Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related fields.

Professional certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Admin, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+) will be a plus.

Work ExperienceMinimum 3 (three) years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in a professional setting.

IT system administration in a medium-scale organization (100+ staff).

Management of Cloud-based productivity tools (Google Workspace) and Cloud Hosting (GCP/Hostinger/Dewaweb).

Implementation of cybersecurity and data protection policies (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi).

Act as a technical advisor or technical liaison in software/website development projects with third-party vendors.

Proven experience in Hardware Lifecycle Management, from procurement to routine maintenance.

Technical CompetenciesNetwork EngineeringProficient in office internet connectivity management, router/WiFi optimization, and stable network infrastructure design.

Security & IAMStrong understanding of implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security policies based on Organizational Units (OU).

SaaS & License ManagementPossess the ability to audit, manage subscriptions, and operate digital platforms (SaaS) to ensure cost efficiency and access security.

Cloud InfrastructureExperience in managing Google Workspace Admin Console and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Infrastructure AuditAble to systematically record hardware assets (laptops, monitors, physical servers) and determine the maintenance cycle.

Endpoint Management Proficient in handling staff’s laptop maintenance (Windows), including installation of standard organization software, technical support, and IT hardware and software assets cleaning.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Liaison & Vendor ConsultationAct as an internal technical consultant for STPI in digital infrastructure development cooperation with third parties (such as the official website, TB policy portal, and FCSDS information system).

Conduct technical reviews to ensure vendor outputs comply with security standards and organizational functional needs.

IT Asset & Lifecycle GovernanceConduct a comprehensive inventory of physical IT assets (laptops, monitors, physical servers) and monitor the device maintenance lifecycle in coordination with the GA team.

Identify hardware upgrade needs and prepare valid technical justifications for the procurement of new IT assets.

Provide operational technical support and maintenance to staff using IT asset hardware/software when needed.

Connectivity & Network OperationsManage and ensure the stability of the office's internet connectivity and provide technical support for district offices.

Design a more capable internet network infrastructure in line with the organization's increasing workload.

Data Infrastructure OptimizationOptimizing storage and collaboration features on Google Workspace.

Conducting technical evaluation of the organization's physical server assets to determine the most effective data storage or backup solution.

Cybersecurity & Access ManagementDevelop an operational framework to ensure data security and staff access, including the transition to an Enterprise Password Manager system.

Manage security policies in the Google Workspace Admin Console (implementation of Multi Factor Authentication and access policies per Organizational Unit).

Digital Subscription & License ManagementConducting monitoring, evaluation, and license management for digital platforms (such as Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.) to ensure optimal feature utilization.

Providing technical solutions for efficient yet secure shared account access, to support team collaboration without compromising organizational credentials.

Providing technical support to staff using digital platforms when needed.
