A NATIONAL MOVEMENT TO END TB IN INDONESIA

Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) is a multi-sector partnership that brings together civil society, government institutions, private sector actors, and affected communities. We work as a collaborative platform, aligning different actors across sectors to strengthen advocacy, programs, and expand access to TB services. By connecting policy, resources, and people, STPI ensures that Indonesia’s TB response is nationally coordinated, impactful, and sustainable.

A MOVEMENT BUILT OVER TIME

Since its establishment, Stop TB Partnership Indonesia has played a key role in advancing TB advocacy and strengthening multi-sector collaboration.

Over the years, STPI has evolved into a national platform that connects initiatives, supports policy development, and mobilizes communities toward a shared goal: ending tuberculosis in Indonesia.

2013

The Beginning

The Forum Stop TB Partnership Indonesia(FSTPI) was established,marking thestartof a coordinated national effort to streng then collaboration in TB response.

2014 – 2016

Building Collaboration

FSTPI became a platform for multi-stakeholder coordination,connecting sectors and strengthening partnerships acrossnational and regional levels.

2017

Expanding Vision

The foundation was laid for a morestrategic and impactful role,including preparation for global TB commitments such as the UN High-Level Meeting.

2018

Becoming STPI

FSTPI officially transitioned intoStop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI),enabling stronger institutionalcapacity,donor management, and expanded program implementation.

2019

Strengthening Programs

STPI began managing major partnerships and funding initiatives, while activelyengaging in national advocacy and high-level government collaboration.

2020

National Movement

STPI helped initiate thenational movement toward TBelimination by 2030,reinforcing it's roleas a key connector across sectors.

2021

Policy & Community Impact

Key miles tones included thee stablishment of TB-focused community programs and support for national policy frameworks such as the Presidential Regulationon TBcontrol.

2022

Sustaining Impact

Programs transitioned into local ownership whileSTPIexpanded itsrolein global advocacy platforms.

Expanding Collaboration

STPI streng thened national advocacy efforts and joined broader coalitions to accelerate TB elimination.
