FCSDS
Life-saving Facility and Community-based Service Delivery Support (FCSDS) is a project that involves STPI actively and directly in the implementation of the Tuberculosis program. FCSDS focuses on the cascade of case finding to TB case management through a facility and community-based approach. Interventions in this project include contact investigation, community outreach, systematic screening, suspected case detection, diagnostic support, TB treatment and prevention enrollment, patient management and monitoring, nutritional and psychosocial support for TB patients, as well as program management support to health facilities and local policymakers.
The FCSDS intervention was implemented in selected underserved districts where access to TB diagnosis and treatment services remained limited.
The FCSDS intervention was implemented from October 2025 to September 2026.
